    HTML should adhere to general coding standards- HTML may render differently in various email clients (AOL, MSN/Hotmail, Yahoo and Outlook etc) and should be tested by QA

    If HTML creative is a single image, we recommend placing a direct link to the image with the following copy, "If you can't see the above image, then please click here".
    Recommended file size is less than 15kb (This does not include hosted graphics, however please be aware that if you are using especially heavy graphics they may load slowly in the user's mail client).

    Specifications for Subject Line
    Plain text (no copyright symbols, etc)
    Suggested length, less than 7 words and less than 50 characters, maximum length 70 characters.

    Extra copy for Ad Sales Mailings Only
    The following copy should be included at the top of both the TEXT and the HTML creative for all Ad Sales mailings:
