HOW TO TEST FLASH CPU LOAD:   1. Establish a baseline First, establish a good baseline CPU load for your computer. To do this, hit "Ctrl+Alt+Delete", which will bring up your Windows Security panel. Next, click on the "Task Manager" tab - this will give a readout of your current CPU usage. You should have a reading of anywhere between 5% and 20%, depending on which programs you have running. If you have a reading greater than that, close down programs until you have good consistent CPU load of less than 20%. Next >>
